Hi! I’m Ally Webb, Licensed Esthetician and Tattooist, and owner of Wink & Ink Studio LLC. I was born and raised in Jefferson City, MO, and graduated from Helias Catholic High School in 2019. After high school, I moved to Springfield to attend college. Over the course of four years, I explored several different majors, starting with nursing, I’ve always known I wanted to help people, but I hadn’t yet found the right path.

In 2023, I finally found my calling when I enrolled in esthetics school at Paul Mitchell. From the moment I started, I fell in love with the beauty industry and knew I had found my niche. During esthetics school, I began working at Universal Beauty Studio + Academy, where I eventually started their permanent makeup program and obtained my tattoo license. I graduated from Paul Mitchell in April 2024 and immediately began working as a lash tech while continuing my permanent makeup training. I completed the permanent makeup program in July 2025.

I started Wink & Ink Studio with one goal in mind: to create a welcoming, professional space where clients can feel confident, pampered, and beautiful inside and out. I specialize in lash extensions, brow services, permanent makeup, waxing, and tiny tats, and every service is tailored to highlight your natural beauty while keeping your unique style in mind.

Owning my own studio has truly been a dream come true! I love building personal connections with every client, teaching them about aftercare, and creating results that make a lasting impression. At Wink & Ink, you’re not just getting a service, you’re getting a custom experience designed around you.

When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me exploring new beauty trends, honing my craft, or dreaming up new ways to bring Wink & Ink clients confidence and joy.
