Wink&Ink Studio’s Policies

When booking an appointment with Wink&Ink Studio, you are agreeing the the following policies:

  • To secure your appointment, a 20% service deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount goes towards your total on the day of your appointment.

    A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 48-hours of your scheduled appointment could result in a 30% cancellation fee plus the forfeiture of your 20% deposit, totaling 50% of the service cost.

    I understand life happens and true emergencies do arise, if you reach out before the day of your appointment and communicate your situation I may choose to waive the fee at my discretion.

    This policy helps to protect my time, my schedule, and my small business. Thank you so much for understanding it and respecting it.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. To ensure the best results and respect all scheduled clients, a 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be accommodated within the remaining appointment time, though full completion of the service cannot be guaranteed.

  • I accept all major credit/debit cards, apple pay and cash. I do not accept venmo/cashapp. Please note - I do not carry change so cash payments must be made exact.

  • There will be no refunds given for services rendered. If you are unhappy with your service, please let me know within 2 days and I will contact you privately to remedy the issue. All product sales are final
